2. Unused and Unopened Items:
- We do not accept returns, all sales are final no matter if the item is unused, or unopened. If the customer wishes to implement an exchange, please be advise that the customer is liable for all reshipping cost.
3. Gift Cards and Promotional Items:
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at admin@aravatcrown.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will address the issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution.
5. Replacement items:
- As stated, there are no returns, and replacements are only processed for items that arrive damaged. Please submit photos of the damaged item with the proof of purchase, such as a billing statement or receipt.
6. Cancelling an Order:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund.
